Darkness is As Light is a Christian women’s devotional for persisting in hard places. I’ve written a passage in it called “Miracle.” There are many other beautiful selections written by 22 women of different Christian traditions, each unflinching in its exploration of pain and unapologetic in its search for hope. The title is based on Psalm 139:12, “even the darkness is not dark to you; the night is bright as the day, for darkness is as light with you” (ESV).
